We reserve the right to refuse any items which have been opened, consumed, damaged by the consumer or otherwise modified. The vendor reserves the right to refuse any returns which are not due to manufacturer defect or quality control. The vendor reserves the right at their discretion to charge the consumer for any return shipping.
